There is an accrediting agency for online education—the World Online Education Accrediting Commission (WOEAC). It represents itself as an accreditation body for online education providers. The World Online Education Accrediting Commission has not physical location.

Unfortunately the United States government does not recognize The World Online Education Accrediting Commission as a higher education accrediting agency.
